پاکستانی قوم کا عزم اور حوصلہ کسی مشکل کے سامنے سر نہیں جھکاتا۔ چاہے چیلنج کتنا ہی بڑا کیوں نہ ہو، پاکستانی ہمیشہ اپنی صلاحیتوں کے بل بوتے پر کامیابی حاصل کر لیتے ہیں۔ ایک ایسی ہی کہانی ہمارے سامنے آتی ہے جب دنیا کی 50 سے زیادہ بڑی کمپنیاں ایک مشکل پروجیکٹ کو ناممکن سمجھتے ہوئے مسترد کر چکی تھیں، مگر تین پاکستانی ڈرائیوروں نے وہ پروجیکٹ قبول کیا اور اپنی محنت، عزم اور لگن سے اسے کامیابی سے مکمل کر دکھایا۔ یہ سعودی عرب میں 3 بوئنگ 777 طیاروں کو جدہ سے ریاض منتقل کرنے کا منصوبہ ہے ۔
یہ پروجیکٹ ایک مشکل ترین راستے پر کا تھا۔ اس پروجیکٹ کی خاصیت یہ تھی کہ پہاڑی اور دشوار گزار راستوں کی بنا پر بہت سی کمپنیاں اور ڈرائیور اسے کرنے سے گھبرا گئے تھے۔ دنیا کی بڑی بڑی کمپنیاں یہ سوچ کر پیچھے ہٹ گئیں کہ یہ راستہ اتنا مشکل ہے کہ وہاں پر طیاروں لے جانا تقریباً ناممکن ہے۔ مگر تین پاکستانی ڈرائیوروں نے اس مشکل کو چیلنج سمجھا۔
ان ڈرائیوروں نے اپنی غیر معمولی محنت اور ذہانت سے اس پروجیکٹ کو سرانجام دیا۔ انعام میں ہر ڈرائیور کو 58 لاکھ ملے۔ سب سے اہم بات یہ تھی کہ انہوں نے اپنے کام کو دل سے کیا اور مشکل حالات کا سامنا کرتے ہوئے بھی پیچھے نہیں ہٹے۔ پہاڑیوں کی دشواری، تنگ سڑکیں، اور موسم کی سختی ان کے قدموں کو روک نہ سکیں۔ ان کی بے خوفی اور حوصلے نے ثابت کر دیا کہ پاکستانی جہاں چاہیں، وہاں کامیابی کا پرچم گاڑ سکتے ہیں۔
یہ کہانی ہمارے لیے ایک سبق ہے کہ ناکامیوں اور چیلنجوں سے گھبرانے کی بجائے انہیں قبول کرنا چاہیے۔ جس طرح ان پاکستانی ڈرائیوروں نے ناممکن کو ممکن بنا کر دکھایا، اسی طرح ہم سب کو اپنی زندگی کے مشکل حالات میں حوصلے اور عزم کے ساتھ آگے بڑھنا چاہیے۔

A similar story came to us when more than 50 major companies of the world rejected a difficult project as impossible, but three Pakistani drivers accepted the project and completed it successfully with their hard work, determination, and dedication. This project was on a difficult path. The peculiarity of this project was that many companies and drivers were afraid to undertake it due to the hilly and difficult routes. However, three Pakistani drivers considered this difficulty as a challenge.
These drivers executed this project with their extraordinary hard work and intelligence. 58 lakhs each driver got as a reward. The most important thing was that they did their work with heart and did not back down even when faced with difficult situations. The difficulty of the hills, the narrow roads, and the severity of the weather could not stop their steps.
